I want to order some BFLRs but I don’t have a credit card?

That’s OK! Click on the Purchasing page and download a Purchase Order Form. Fill it in and post it to us (the address is on the form) and your BFLRs will be winging their way to you very soon. Then we’ll send an invoice to the bean counters. If you’re not an institution, then click on the Contact Us page to email or call us and we can come to some arrangement!

I ordered some BFLRs and they haven’t come yet?

That’s not good. But, has it been 28 days since you ordered them? If it has, click on the Contact Us page and let Miles know who you are, what you ordered and when, and how you sent the order in, and he’ll get back in touch to let you know what the situation is.
